Il y a quelques ann\u00e9es, j’ai d\u00e9couvert l’emmaillotage. Je ne connaissais pas du tout cette technique pour mes premiers enfants, et j’ai vraiment vu la diff\u00e9rence<\/strong> ensuite : c’est une astuce qui m’a permis\u00a0souvent de calmer<\/strong> mes derniers b\u00e9b\u00e9s, notamment le soir, alors je partage avec vous cette exp\u00e9rience…<\/p><\/div>

Traditionnellement, en Europe, les b\u00e9b\u00e9s \u00e9taient emmaillot\u00e9s. Leurs bras \u00e9taient \u00e9tir\u00e9s et coll\u00e9s le long du corps et leurs jambes \u00e9tir\u00e9es elles aussi, puis le corps maintenu tr\u00e8s serr\u00e9, afin de \u00ab\u00a0faire pousser le b\u00e9b\u00e9 droit\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>

Ce n’est pas de cet emmaillotage-ci, qui n’est pas naturel, que je parle. Celui que je veux partager avec vous, c’est d’un emmaillotage\u00a0plus respectueux de la morphologie de l’enfant<\/strong>. D’un emmaillotage qui, en enveloppant<\/strong> le nourrisson, limite ses mouvements involontaires et d\u00e9sordonn\u00e9s<\/strong> qui peuvent le surprendre et \/ ou l’affoler.<\/p>

Cela permet donc de calmer un enfant qui a du mal \u00e0 s’endormir, ou\u00a0permettra aussi \u00e0 un b\u00e9b\u00e9 de dormir plus longtemps (en n’\u00e9tant pas r\u00e9veill\u00e9 par un sursaut involontaire). C’est un \u00ab\u00a0outil\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 conna\u00eetre pour pouvoir l’utiliser avec son enfant au besoin \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Quant \u00e0 moi, j’utilise tout simplement une couverture<\/strong> en laine quand il fait froid, et un lange fin ou un drap<\/strong> quand il fait chaud… Pas besoin d’\u00e9quipement sp\u00e9cial !!!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Je pense que l’\u00e9charpe de portage<\/strong> reproduit aussi cette sensation d’enveloppement<\/strong> pour le b\u00e9b\u00e9, c’est certainement pour cela qu’il est si facile d’endormir un b\u00e9b\u00e9 en \u00e9charpe !<\/p><\/div>
