Peu nombreuses sont celles qui osent en parler, cela paraissant trop dingue pour l\u2019entourage et le personnel m\u00e9dical ! Une certaine Caroline a un jour confi\u00e9 \u00e0 Ina May Gaskin qu\u2019elle avait pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 ne pas parler des <strong>sensations de plaisir intense<\/strong> qu\u2019elle avait ressenties au m\u00e9decin et \u00e0 la sage-femme pr\u00e9sents. \u00ab <em>J\u2019ai laiss\u00e9 faire et j\u2019y ai pris plaisir\u2026 Et je n\u2019en ai jamais parl\u00e9 \u00e0 personne ! Sur 151 femmes interrog\u00e9es, 32 d\u00e9claraient avoir v\u00e9cu au moins un <strong>accouchement orgasmique<\/strong>. Ce chiffre est certainement beaucoup plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que celui que l\u2019on pourrait trouver en France par exemple, o\u00f9 98 % des femmes accouchent \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital selon un protocole bien peu propice \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9closion de ces sensations de plaisir.<\/p>\n<p>A The Farm, les femmes accouchent en majorit\u00e9 chez elles les autres dans une maison de naissance, toutes sont accompagn\u00e9es par des sages-femmes qui croient en l\u2019accouchement naturel et en la puissance du corps de la femme, en ses capacit\u00e9s \u00e0 donner naissance envers et contre tout. Les contractions \u00e9taient comme des <strong>vagues de plaisir ondulant dans mon corps<\/strong>. Seuls les quelques derniers centim\u00e8tres de dilatation m\u2019ont paru extr\u00eamement puissants et un peu moins agr\u00e9ables. Mais j\u2019ai vraiment ressenti le travail et l\u2019expulsion comme un orgasme prolong\u00e9. Je ne peux pas dire que ce soit comme l\u2019orgasme pendant un rapport sexuel o\u00f9 je me retrouve engloutie et perdue par la vague orgasmique. L\u2019exp\u00e9rience orgasmique que j\u2019ai connue durant l\u2019accouchement \u00e9tait <strong>une sensation plus prenante qui r\u00e9clamait davantage mon attention que celles que j\u2019ai pendant les rapports sexuels<\/strong>. Cependant, je l\u2019ai ressentie comme un orgasme. Etre en harmonie avec les contractions, pousser, me relaxer profond\u00e9ment entre deux contractions, tout cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 une <strong>exp\u00e9rience tr\u00e8s puissante et sexuelle<\/strong>, mais plus remarquable qu\u2019un orgasme, qui est davantage \u00e9gocentrique et de courte dur\u00e9e.
