Confectionner son lait de riz<\/strong>, ce n’est pas tr\u00e8s compliqu\u00e9 :<\/p>

  • faire tremper 4 C de riz toute une nuit<\/li>
  • \u00e9goutter, rincer<\/li>
  • mixer avec 1 litre d’eau l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sal\u00e9e<\/li>
  • vous pouvez ajouter une pinc\u00e9e de sucrant (sirop d’agave ou sucre de coco par exemple) ou une \u00e9pice que vous aimez<\/li>
